Dear parents of Indigenous students,
We would like to invite you to an evening of connection, soup and Bannock, and an opportunity to provide insight and guidance around division initiatives related to Indigenous Education.
This event is part of our ongoing commitment to engage with our parent community. Last spring, we held general parent engagement evenings that were open to all families, and we continue to value the voices of all parents in shaping the future of our schools. While this upcoming gathering specifically aims to hear from parents of Indigenous students, it also serves as an important part of our broader efforts to ensure every student thrives.
Come share some food and fun, learn about what we are planning, and provide your thoughts on how we can improve our schools for all students. We will also provide an update on division activities. All parents of self-identified Indigenous students are welcome.
