Human Resources helps our employees achieve, develop and succeed in their various roles. The department is responsible for staff recruitment, selection and in-take and ensuring our division and schools are properly staffed. It supports employees throughout their careers with professional development programs, as well as by performance, attendance and retirement management. The department is also responsible for labour relations, employee and family assistance and occupational health, safety and wellness programs.
